Donald Young

Donald Young

Managing Director

Donald Young is the Managing Director and founding partner of Nobel Capital Partners, with over 25 years of experience in the international financial market. He has deep industry knowledge and expertise in regional regulations for the distribution of international financial services.

Before founding Nobel Capital Partners, Donald spent six years at Dominion Capital Strategies as a Business Development Associate and Head of New Market Development, where he expanded into new markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, he was the Operations Team Manager at Aiva-Skandia for 10 years, and early in his career, he also worked as an independent financial advisor.

Donald holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad de la República in Uruguay and also holds a certificate from the Securities and Investment Institute in London.

Juan Juan Nicola

Juan Juan Nicola

Managing Director

Juan Juan currently serves as Managing Director & Sales Manager for Latin America and the Middle East at Nobel Capital Partners.

Since 2018, he has been working in the Latin American and Middle Eastern financial markets, developing new markets as a Business Development Associate and New Market Development for Dominion Capital Strategies.

Juan Juan holds a degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad de Montevideo and has an Investment Advisor certification from the Universidad Católica, approved by the Central Bank of Uruguay (BCU).
